We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to your usage of the software and services provided by 7AM Labs / Trinity Vision("Services"). We only collect your information in order to improve the Services and will never sell or share your information with other legal entities for commercial purposes,except in the cases when it's required as a part of the Services you requested.

The information you provide

During the registration or your use of the Services we ask you for your personal data such as name, telephone, email. We use that information to provision the Services, contact you when necessary, and improve the Services.

Personal and Sensitive Information

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data that you provided from manipulation, loss, destruction or from being accessed by unauthorized persons. The security measures are continually improved and adapted in accordance with the latest technology.

We will collect, store and process the following information about you:

• Full name, email and telephone number.
• Vehicle details, like plate ID, car type etc.
• GPS realtime location.
• GPS location for up to 12 months.

We do not collect bank or financial data.

We do not collect data which is, by its nature, particularly sensitive (e.g. genetic data, biometric data, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, sex life, sexual orientation, religion or other beliefs, data concerning health, criminal background or trade union membership).

Location data

We collect precise or approximate location data data based on model "always in use". By "always in use" we mean CABS.GR Driver app is running in the foreground (app open and visible on screen) or background (app open but not visible on screen) of user mobile device.

We use this data to enhance your use of our apps, including to improve maps, pick-up / drop-off locations, enable safety features etc.

We use drivers device real-time location to dispatch new orders, based on client's location.

Data sharing with other drivers

We share realtime location, pickup and/or dropoff locations with other drivers.

We collect and share drivers location data, which we use to assist with new orders, connect riders and drivers, drivers with drivers and calculate ETA.

Device data

We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data, and mobile network data.

Public channels

When you connect to a public channel, your Services username is visible to other users connected to the same channel. Public channels communication may be stored in voice history on participant's computers or mobile devices.

Communication privacy

We do record and keep track of your voice communication in using the Service. However, we use this files only for your own personal use. For example hear your messages from voice history.

Data storage

Services uses third party hosting providers to store your data. We store your username, encrypted password, contact list and email address.

Disclosure Services may disclose personally identifiable information when it's required to comply with law enforcement requests or subpoenas when you violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

This privacy policy may be modified from time to time. When changes are significant, we will notify you by publishing the notice in our blog at https://www.cabs.gr/.
